Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • There is a 2pm CST cut off for all next-day/expedited orders.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to, local holidays, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

There are no restrictions on shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories.

 

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
  • Free standard shipping may be offered during promotional periods.
  • Orders will be split into two parts. First, sizing kit and then chosen ring size. Both orders will be shipped via the same method chosen at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website or through your Reebok Smart Ring account.

Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Reebok Smart Ring is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional fees may apply).

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for assistance by emailing support@reeboksmartring.com
