Exchanges & Returns

Applies to: All purchases made via ReebokSmartRing.com, Reebok.com, or authorized retailers worldwide.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return your Reebok Smart Ring within 30 days of purchase if all the following conditions are met:
- The item is new, unused, and in the original condition.
- All packaging, accessories including charging dock, charging cable, silicone ring cover, manuals, and proof of purchase are included.
- The product was purchased from an authorized source and proof of purchase are included.
- For sizing kit information, please see section 9.
Any orders purchased from November 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, will have until February 15, 2026 to return.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products showing wear, damage, or tampering.
- Items missing components or original packaging.
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers.
- Items marked as final sale, customized, or special order.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return. Please check whether you have purchased from ReebokSmartRing.com or Reebok.com:
- All orders starting with RBKCOM have been purchased via Reebok.com directly. Please visit returns.reebok.com to arrange your return
- For anything else, please visit our returns portal at returns.reeboksmartring.com to request a return
- Package the item securely with the order number and proof of purchase.
- Ship to the provided address using the prepaid return label received via email.
Returns without an order number or proof of purchase may be refused or returned at your expense.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected and approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping, handling, and customs fees are non-refundable unless you have selected checkout + during the purchase journey or if the item you received was damaged or faulty.
5. Exchanges
If your item is defective or incorrect (e.g. wrong size or color):
- Contact Customer Support within 7 days of receipt via support@reeboksmartring.com.
- We will replace it with the same model or a comparable product if unavailable.
6. Additional Terms
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described, and you’ve submitted photos/details in advance.
- You purchased Checkout+, which covers return shipping.
- Only one return or exchange per item is permitted.
- Items must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving the return label.
- Returns via third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon) follow their policies, not Reebok Smart Ring’s
- Truconnect Ltd, trading as Reebok Smart Ring, reserves the right to refuse unauthorized or late returns.
7. Valid Reasons for Exchange
- Request to change size or color
Note: A restocking fee of $10 applies if Checkout+ was not selected. - Missing components
- Incorrect item shipped
8. Valid Reasons for Refund
- Damaged or faulty item – Full refund provided upon verification.
- Change of mind subject to eligibility as shown in section 1
Restocking fee of $10 applies and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount if Checkout+ was not selected.
9. Sizing Kits
To ensure you find your perfect fit, we provide a dedicated sizing kit designed for precise and comfortable measurement.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, sizing kits are not eligible for return or refund once dispatched.
This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of care and ensures every customer receives a pristine, unused kit. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to a seamless sizing experience.
