Impressive
your one score
Your One Score gives you a simple snapshot of your overall wellbeing, all in one number. It reflects the balance between the three things that matter most:
- Activity – how close you are to your daily movement goals.
- Sleep – how well and how long you rested.
- Stress & Recovery – how your body is coping, using heart rate variability as a guide.
We’ve designed the score to stay simple and easy to understand. You don’t need to dig into complicated data, just one clear number that shows how you’re doing today. When one of these areas is out of balance, like missing your activity target, a restless night’s sleep, or higher stress, your score may dip. That’s not failure, it’s a signpost, guiding you toward where to focus to feel better.

How to Read Your Score
- Below 50 → Needs Attention: one or more areas are off balance. Start small and focus on one thing today.
- 50–69 → Fair: you’re making progress, but there’s room to improve.
- 70–85 → Good Balance: you’re doing really well across most areas.
- 86–95 → Very Good: strong balance across activity, sleep, and recovery — this is your sweet spot.
Remember: the One Score isn’t about perfection. It’s about balance over time, not chasing 100.
